MatchMyTime is a web application that allows you to easily share your availability with friends, family, and colleagues without revealing personal details. You can coordinate multiple calendars into one view and simplify scheduling.

We do not store any of your calendar data. Only the shared links are saved. Your privacy is important to us, and we take data protection seriously. Once you disable the shared link, we no longer have access to your availability.

Currently, we only support calendars in a webcal or iCal format. However, we are working on adding more integrations in the future.

Yes! MatchMyTime is completely free to use. We believe in making scheduling easy and accessible for everyone.

You can disable a shared link at any time from your dashboard. Once disabled, no one will be able to access your availability.

Yes! When creating a shared link, you can set an expiration date, after which the link will automatically become inactive.

When opening a shared link, the calendar entries are showin in the timezone from the user accessing the shared url. Eg. if someone from Germany opens the link, the calendar entries will be in GMT+1.
